iphone 4s White Pin Locked .

Apple iPhone 4S (latest Model), White in mint condition. I am selling as faulty as its pin code locked, i bought this from eBay as working, but when I received it it was pin code locked, so i dont know the history, i have been advised that the pin lock can be unlocked, but in time it may get blocked as I dont know the history! selling to recover the good money i paid on ebay, as the buyer is no longer on ebay so i cant get my money back.
